License Agreement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: this is a legal License Agreement between you (either an individual or a company/ business entity) and Comm Solutions UP.

2D Office Configurator Product License Agreement authorizes the Buyer to:

•  Use the Product for an unlimited number of websites as allowed per the License Agreement
•  Use the Product for an unlimited number of webservers
• Use the Product for an unlimited number of test servers
• Provide an access to an unlimited number of clients
• Have an unlimited access to documentation and samples provided on/ from this website

The Product package includes:

• Software
• Documentation, installation notes (User Guide, API Guide)
• License terms and agreement

The Product is licensed on a user (or company) basis. The notion “user” and “company” refers to one and the same individual, i.e. the person who has purchased the software and will be using the Product for the integration with web applications, etc.

Only one individual is authorized to use the Product for each License that s/he has acquired for the Product. Unless stated expressly, implicitly, or otherwise, the Product may not be disposed for use by more than the one individual authorized to use the Product. Purchasing the 2D Office Configurator software grants you a SINGLE USER LICENSE only. Any additional users are required to purchase additional USER LICENSES.

The Buyer will not receive the following Product versions, releases or updates.

The Buyer is prohibited to sell, loan, rent, lease, distribute or otherwise transfer all or any part of the Software to third parties.

The Software is delivered AS IS. The Licensor does not and cannot guarantee the performance or results that you may obtain by using the Software.

No e-mail or phone support is provided for the Software installation. The system installation service is available at a fee. This is a prepaid, fixed fee one time, single instance service.

Comm Solutions UP reserves the right to terminate the License if any clause of this agreement is found to have been violated.
