The Demo version of the program can be downloaded and installed free of charge. We created this product basing on the experience that we gained during CRM development for small- and large-scale business. The product comes in two versions: 3C Office Light single-user local version and 3C Office Pro multi-user network version. The database for both versions does not require the purchase of an additional license. Here you can read a license agreement for 3C Office.

3C Office Light

For people who work with clients and suppliers individually, we recommend 3C Office Light version. Installation includes several easy steps:

1. Download and unpack 3c_office_light.zip file.
2. Start the installation program 3c_office_light.exe.
3. Create a work directory for 3C Office.
4. Create an account for 3C Office and Access database user.

After the installation is completed, the program is ready for work. Local single-user evaluation version for Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP

3C Office Pro

For Marketing, Sales and Support departments we recommend 3C Office Pro network version. Installation includes several easy steps:

1. If you do not have MySQL database, download and install it.
2. Create a new MySQL user by the following database commands:
2.1. GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO ' YOUR USER'@'localhost' IDENTIFIED BY 'YOUR PASS' WITH GRANT OPTION
2.2. GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO ' YOUR USER'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'YOUR PASS' WITH GRANT OPTION
3. Download and unpack 3c_office_pro.zip file.
4. Start the installation program 3c_office_pro.exe.
5. Create an account for 3C Office and Access database user.
6. Specify connection parameters with MySQL database. Enter YOUR USER and YOUR PASS from steps 2.1-2.2 into the User and Password fields.
7. Create a user account for 3C Office..
8. Purchase >>

After the installation is completed, the program is ready for work. Multi-user evaluation version for Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP.
