For better usability we realized a standard connection to Microsoft Office through an open MS OLE Automation interface. This interface gives a possibility to transfer your data from 3C Office to MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. This feature makes 3C Office a flexible and effective solution at the same time. Automation and MS Word A specific OLE Automation connection in MS Word enables the transfer of certain fields from 3C Office database, for example, Company, Name, Last Name, Address, Phone, etc. A full list of transferred fields can be viewed in the Template Assistant program. Then using MS Word you can do the following: Automation and MS Excel Using 3C Office you can transfer data from any table into MS Excel. If necessary later it is possible to format data in any convenient way and print it. Automation and MS Outlook If you want to send out standard (not personified) letters and eMails, use MS Outlook.
