Outlook Synchronisation

3C Office supports copying of objects from MS Outlook using the drag-and-drop mechanism.
In some editors, for example, in the communications editor, there appears the button that opens a semi-transparent window into which you can drag communications or contacts from Outlook.

  1. While importing a mail, the system automatically creates a communication at the step of business process that you specify. This step is associated with a corresponding contact in 3C Office.
  2. When you import an Outlook-contact, the system creates a new contact in 3C Office and a new communication according to the Customer Relationship Management process (CRM).
